Call for Proposals
Lean Agile Scotland 2012 had a wonderful variation of sessions. Topics covered included Kanban, Rightshifting, Teams, Agile Contracts, Software Craftsmanship, TDD, Continuous Delivery, Cynefin and much more.
Although there were topics we were keen to cover we didn't set a particular theme. What emerged was a wonderful mashup of ideas which we think was captured in this tweet by attendee Ben Forrest.
I came to #lascot12 to deepen my understanding of Kanban. I'm coming away challenging all of my assumptions about people and effectiveness.
If you have a session idea that you think will challenge our attendees to think differently why not sign up and submit.
The lists below are a guide to the sort of things we believe our participants would be interested in hearing about. This is by no means exhaustive! If it's not there and you think we'd be interested go ahead and submit.
